We lead interactive and fast-paced sessions focusing collaborative songwriting as our tool. This method shines a light on what it takes to build and develop a healthy team in the work place. These sessions can take the shape of breakouts OR keynotes. Depending upon the size of your group..we may utilize multiple songwriter/teachers to co-facilitate your session. These Award-Winning writers have had their songs recorded by artists such as Tim McGraw, Josh Groban..Collin Raye…Laura Branigan…Patty Loveless..Melissa Manchester, LeAnn Rimes, Reba McEntire and Shania Twain. Their songs have appeared in dozens of TV shows and films. From the early days of Popular music, songwriting has been a collaborative effort between multiple writers. In these unique team building sessions we will demonstrate how the notes in a chord of music are the equivalent to members of a team!

To enhance how productive and engaged your team is we will focus on:

• Fostering creative problem solving
• Learning to find one’s voice as part of a team

These presentations are highly interactive. We literally “build” a customized song that focuses on your team, field or industry through our exercises. At the end of the day, your attendees will walk away with a greater understanding of what’s needed to have more success in the workplace and in life. Write a Song – Record a CD!

Some organizations want to have a keepsake of this experience we share together. With that thought in mind, one of the services we offer is this. Once a song is created in conjunction with your team – at your event, we will take the lyrics, melody and “feel” back to Nashville and record and produce a professional quality CD of your team’s song! This CD can just be for the office, or mass-produced into a company, organization or event theme song. You will have the right to use this tool however you choose. We will record this song in a professional studio in Music City, with top-notch musicians.

How? Glad you asked. If your organization would benefit by bringing Jeff and/or his team in for a series of workshops, so that different silos can participate in these intimately sized events, we will happily negotiate a lower, per event fee for you right out of the gate! Let’s see what we can come up with together. Our primary goals, are that your team-members walk away with a clearer sense of the importance their individual voice carries within the context of a team, as well as a fresh outlook on how to best amplify their colleagues strengths…..This is also a great activity for a Board of Directors – who work so diligently to muster the resources to make things happen for their company or organization.

Team Evaluations Available

Organizations sometimes request that based upon our observations of their teams at work, we provide leadership with a written evaluation of their teams. This document describes what we perceive to be the strengths of their teams, as well as the areas where growth and development opportunities exist. They also include suggestions and possible solution paths for the organization to ponder undertaking.
